Ministry Scheduler Pro

Ministry Scheduler Pro (MSP) is a platform that we will be using for some of our Liturgical Ministries that will help streamline scheduling. It will also give direct access to people's ministry schedules via the mobile app.

Currently Ministry Scheduler Pro is used for our Safety Team along with our Welcome Team (Ushers and Greeters)

Ministry Scheduler Pro is used by those that are already part of Liturgical Minisries. If you are new, before you join MSP, please fill out the form that will be on the specific minisry page that you would like to be part of.

1. Click on the button above or click here
2. Below the Login button, it says "Don't have an account yet? Sign up now". Click "Sign up now"
3. Fill in your General Information - Phone Number and Email required
4. There are additional questions for your profile
   1. When you want your email reminders
   2. Do you want emails when people request subs
5. Select the ministry you are part of (Click the Ministry, then click add)
6. Select which Masses you are willing to serve at (go to add, then select all Masses you wish to serve at)
7. Then, select which Masses you are unwilling to serve at (go to add, then select all Masses you do not wish to serve at)
8. In the comment box - if you wish to always be scheduled with someone (in most cases family members) type their name in the comment box.
9. Click Submit
