Our School

This Thursday, March 27, at 8:30 a.m. we will welcome families whose children will enter kindergarten next fall. I love to meet the children whose faith journey will be aided and enhanced as students at St. Gerard School. Most of the children who begin school at St. Gerard, continue here through their eighth grade graduation. Their faith formation at St. Gerard will include weekly Mass, daily religious instruction, prayer in the classroom, participation in the Sacrament of Reconciliation and devotional prayers like the Stations of the Cross (Lent), Adoration each First Friday, and more. Additionally the Catholic faith will be modelled by teachers who live their faith, reinforcing the example the children receive from their parents at home.

St. Gerard has an stellar reputation as a place of academic excellence and faith formation. If your school age children do not attend St. Gerard, give some prayerful thought to enrolling them at St. Gerard.
